For nearly two decades, I've worked at the intersection of operations, leadership, business strategy, and growth.
I’ve spent 11 years working inside large organizations, including Cintas, Cabela's, and Ulta Beauty, helping to improve processes, support growth initiatives, implement systems, and solve complex operational challenges. Also, over the course of 8 years, I've built and operated three businesses of my own.
